New meeting of expert groups of the State Tax Service and Business Ombudsman Council was held

Members of expert groups of the State Tax Service and Business Ombudsman Council reviewed another package of appeals from payers that were sent to the Council.

In particular, systemic matters were discussed in segment of registration suspension of tax invoices, value added tax administration and enforcement of court decisions by the Tax Service, etc.

Representatives of the State Tax Service, during the meeting, provided reasoned answers to questions raised in the payers’ appeals, commented on individual cases and provided recommendations on the application of tax legislation in resolving presented situations.
